How to Redeem Guest Passes

If your membership includes guest passes, you can easily use them to bring a guest to class. Follow these simple steps:




Steps to Redeem a Guest Pass

  1. Open the calendar by clicking on the calendar icon at the bottom of the app
  2. Find and select the class you'd like to book an click on "Reserve"

  1. The class information will display, showing the class details and the package you have
  2. Under the "Guest Information" tab, click on "Add"

  1. You will be prompted to enter your guest's information (name, email, etc.)
  2. Once completed, click "Redeem and Reserve"

Your guest is now booked into the class using your guest pass!


Important Notes

  • Guest passes are included with certain memberships—check your membership details to see how many guest passes you have available
  • Guest passes can only be used to bring guests to classes (not for your own bookings)
  • Make sure your guest arrives on time, as late cancels or no-shows may result in fees charged to your account
