How to Use Guest Passes When Checking Out Members from the Dashboard

If a member has a membership that includes guest passes, you should be able to use those guest passes when checking them out from the dashboard cart.




  1. Navigate to the Calendar or Dashboard to add a class for a customer
  2. Search for the customer and add them

  1. Click on the plus sign (+) to add another class
  2. In the dropdown menu, click on "Guest"

  1. Look for the guest you want to add:
    • If they already have an account, select their name from the list
    • If they don't have an account, click the plus sign (+) to add their information

  1. Click on "Add Guest"
  2. The charge for the class should automatically change to $0 as the member is using a guest pass for their guest

  1. Below you will see how many guest pass they have left
  2. Click "Redeem" to complete the booking, and you're all set!


Important Notes

  • The member must have available guest passes on their membership for this to work
  • Guest passes are tied to the primary member's account and can only be used for guests they bring
  • The system will automatically apply the guest pass and show a $0 charge when properly configured

Troubleshooting

If the guest pass isn't applying:

  • Verify the member has available guest passes on their membership
  • Check that you've selected "Guest" from the dropdown (not adding them as a regular member)
  • Ensure the guest is properly linked to the primary member's booking
