Guest Bookings and Late Cancel/No Show Fees

When you book a guest into a class, it's important to understand how fees work if your guest cancels late or doesn't show up.

How Guest Booking Fees Work

If your guest is charged a fee, YOUR account (the primary client's account) will be charged.

This means:

  1. Late Cancel Fee: If you book a class for a guest and they cancel after the cancellation window has closed, you will be charged the Late Cancel fee
  2. No Show Fee: If you book a class for a guest and they don't show up, you will be charged the No Show fee

Why Does This Happen?

When you book on behalf of a guest, you are taking responsibility for that reservation. Since the guest may not have an account or payment method on file, any fees associated with their booking are charged to your account as the primary booker.

Tips to Avoid Unexpected Charges

  • Communicate clearly with your guest about the class time and cancellation policies
  • Remind your guest about the class before it starts
  • Cancel early if your guest can no longer attend—make sure to cancel before the cancellation window closes
  • Check the cancellation policy for the specific class before booking

Need to Cancel a Guest Booking?

To avoid late cancel fees, make sure to cancel your guest's reservation before the cancellation window closes. You can do this by:

  1. Going to your Schedule or Upcoming Classes
  2. Finding the class booking for your guest
  3. Clicking Cancel before the deadline
