Add a Tag to a Client Profile

1. Go to the People Tab, search for the client with the magnifying glass at the top right, type their name.

  1. To add a tag to the client, simply look for attachments dropdown and on tags click on the pencil and 2 boxes will display. on the first box to look for the tag you need or you can search for it on the second box. Once completed you can click on save.

To create a new tag that doesn’t exist yet, type in the new tag name and click “Create”. You can also navigate to the Tags page to manage your tags. More information about managing your tags can be found here.


  1. To remove a tag from the client, simply click the X icon next to the tag you wish to remove.
  2. Double-check to make sure everything looks correct, and then click Save.
  3. You should see the updates immediately under the Client Information and Tags section of the client’s detail page.
