Adding Staff Members to your Dashboard
Note: This feature is only available to gym and studio accounts.

How do I add staff members to my dashboard?
How to Add a Staff Member
- Head over to the People tab and choose Staff.

- Click on the Plus icon on the top right to Add Staff.

A modal will pop up to enter the staff member’s name:
- If the user is already a contact in the dashboard, search using their name or email and select the correct user.
- If the user is not yet a contact in the dashboard, click the arrow next to “Or enter their information to create a new one”. Enter their first name, last name, and email address, then click Next.

- Click on the Role field to open a dropdown of all available roles at your studio. If you have multiple locations, make sure to select the correct roles for each location.

- To view the permissions for each role, click the View all permissions button. This opens a table showing what tasks each permission can or cannot perform.

- Once you are done selecting roles, double-check that everything looks correct and click Confirm.
- The staff member will now appear in the Staff table and will receive an email with a link to set up their account.
How to Add a Client Profile as Staff
If an existing client also needs staff access, you can promote their profile directly without creating a separate account. Follow the steps below to get started.
1. Go to People
From the main navigation menu, select People.
2. Click on staff
Within the People section, click on the Clients tab to view your full client list.
3. Click the plus sign (+) to add a staff member
Click the + (plus) button to open the Add Staff flow. This will allow you to search for and select an existing client profile.

💡 Tip: This option lets you grant staff access to someone who already has a client profile, so no duplicate account is needed.
4. Search for the client profile
Use the search field to find the client you want to make a staff member. Type their name to narrow down the results.
5. Click their name and select Next
Click on the client's name to select them, then click Next to proceed to the role assignment step.

6. Assign a role and click Confirm
Select the appropriate role for this staff member, then click Confirm to complete the process. The client will now also have staff access with the permissions tied to their assigned role.

Viewing a Staff's Profile and History

Use the search bar to find your staff member

Go to their profile and you'll see their entire training history

If you want to view them as a client to see what purchases they have made, click the toggle next to Profile and select 'View as Client'
