Late Cancel Fees

Late Cancel Fees give you the ability to allow clients to cancel a class after the cancellation window has closed in order to open up a spot for other clients.

Late Cancel Fees only apply to classes, they do not apply to appointments.

1. To enable Late Cancel Fees go to Tools > Profile > Settings > Scroll down to Late cancel Fees

   
   
   • Grace Period: Allow clients to get free late cancels
   • Configure the option that works best for you and set the $ fee

2. You can set custom late cancel fees on any class on the "More Details" tab of the class. Simply go to a class, click edit, go to the second tab, and then add a custom Late Cancel fee option
