On the Recess.tv Dashboard Instructors have the option to create their own Booking and Cancelation Windows. Recess.tv has default booking and cancelation windows listed below:
Cancelation:
A client can cancel up until the start time of class
Booking
A client can book up until the start time of class
How to Create Custom Booking & Cancelation Windows
To create custom booking & cancellation windows go to your dashboard, hover over Tools, and select Profile
Once on the Profile tab, select the header Settings
Here, you are able to set your own custom Cancellation and Booking Windows.
Cancellation Policy: Set how long before class can a client cancel with no penalty
Booking Window: Set how long after a class starts can a client book class.
